“Behold how in this Dispensation the worthless and foolish have
fondly imagined that by such instruments as massacre, plunder
and banishment they can extinguish the Lamp which the Hand of

such adversity is the oil that feedeth the flame of this Lamp!

14 May 2008 – The above Six Bahá'í leaders in Iran were arrested
and taken to the notorious Evin prison in a sweep that is
ominously similar to episodes in the 1980s when scores of
Iranian Bahá'í leaders were summarily rounded up and killed.
The six men and women, all members of the national-level group
that helped see to the minimum needs of Bahá'ís in Iran, were in
their homes Wednesday morning when government intelligence
agents entered and spent up to five hours searching each home,
before taking them away.
The seventh member of the national coordinating group was
arrested in early March in Mashhad after being summoned by the
Ministry of Intelligence office there on an ostensibly trivial
matter.
Rasull_Allah Prophet
of God Muhammad, peace be upon Him, said in the Qur'an, "And
call to mind when the unbelievers plotted against thee, to
detain thee prisoner, or to kill thee, or to banish thee: They
plotted - but God plotted: and of plotters is God the best!"

who is big with pride and believes not on the day of reckoning.'

if he be a liar, against him is his lie; and if he be truthful,
there will befall you somewhat of that which he threatens you;
verily, God guides not him who is an extravagant liar. my
people! yours is the kingdom to-day, ye are eminent in the land,
but who will help us against the violence of God, if it comes
upon us?'
Said Pharaoh, 'I will only show you what I see, and I will only

only who follow your Religion" Say: True guidance is guidance

been imparted to you. Will they wrangle then with you in the
